Dallas TeleLearning will accept returns of unopened DVD course sets, CD-ROM course sets and DVD-ROM course sets (merchandise) per the following:
- All return shipments must be approved by Dallas TeleLearning in writing prior to return of the merchandise. Email tlearn@dcccd.edu or fax 972-669-6668 Attn: Customer Service for approval to return merchandise.
- Request must include: (1) a list of the materials to be returned; (2) quantities for each.
- Dallas TeleLearning will email a written authorization stating the terms of the return and where the shipment should be sent. All return shipments must be pre-paid.
- Merchandise must be unopened, in the original packaging and all stickers removed (pricing and UPC stickers applied by the client).
- Fees: (1)Materials returned within sixty days of original shipment date will not incur a restocking fee; (2) Materials returned sixty days after the original shipment will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the total credit issued for the return shipment.

Defective materials will be replaced at no cost upon notification to Dallas TeleLearning within 60 days of the shipment. Email tlearn@dcccd.edu or fax 972-669-6668.
